What This Is
A Reiki 1 & 2 certification training, rooted in the Usui system and taught with a trauma-aware approach.
Learning Reiki is like learning to tend a fire you already carry. The training doesn't hand you something new, it teaches you how to work with what's already there.
What You'll Learn
The history and principles of Reiki. Hand positions and energy flow. Self-practice and practice on others. Attunement into Reiki 1, and for Reiki 2, symbols and distance healing.
What a Training Looks Like
Sessions are offered virtual or personal, in a small group or one-on-one.
You'll practice on yourself and, when ready, on others. You'll leave with a working knowledge of Reiki you can use immediately, along with certification.
Who It's For
Anyone drawn to this work, whether you plan to practice on friends and family or build toward a professional practice of your own.
No prior energy work experience is required.
